Replacement theology has caused significant harm and created a substantial barrier between the church and Israel. This theology teaches that due to the Jewish rejection of Yeshua as their expected Messiah, they lost their status as the chosen people, and now the Gentile church has taken that place. However, this is not what the scriptures teach us in Romans 11, where we can read that if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?
